Description

QuicSeal 602 Thinset Powder is a multi-purpose pre-packed, factory blended powder mix comprising of carefully selected raw materials, Portland Cement and graded aggregates and specially formulated additives designed to be mixed with appropriate QuicSeal latex admixtures for the installation of ceramic tiles, natural stones, screeds and renders. When cured, QuicSeal 602 has excellent thixotropic and shrinkage control properties.

Typical Uses

QuicSeal 602 when used with the appropriate QuicSEal latex admixture is suitable for:

• Casting thin bed mortar and adhesive
• Casting screeds and renders
• Concrete patching and repairs
• Conventional installation of ceramic tile & natural stones
• Sprayed or splash-on spatter or rough coat

 

QuicSeal 604 TileMix is a specially formulated latex admixture to be mixed with cement and fine sand to obtain bonding mortars with very high adhesion strength.

QuicSeal 604 mortar adheres well to most surfaces and hardens without noticeable shrinkage.

Once cured, QuicSeal 604 mortars are resistant to water and mild chemicals as well as durable to shock, vibrations and temperature changes.

Typical Uses

QuicSeal 604 mortars are suitable for bonding ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, klinkers, mosaics, natural stones, glass mosaics etc:

• For both wall and floor installations
• For internal and external areas
• On conventional cement-sand screeds and renders
• On swimming pools and jacuzzis
• On fountains, ponds and water tanks
• On external facades such as balconies, terraces
• For tile-on-tile installations
• External walls
• On areas subjected to heavy traffic such as walkways and pavements

Limitations

Do not use Quicseal 604 adhesive to:

• Bond tiles on metal surfaces
• Bond moisture sensitive agglomerates
